​Patient Policies:

• Patients are required to wear face coverings over the mouth and nose at all times while in the office.

• Patients will have their temperature taken before entering the office.

• Patients will sanitizer/hand washing before visit.

• Patient will fill out a covid-19 questionnaire before arriving for their appointment.

• No family members will be admitted unless the patient is a child or otherwise requires aid from a caretaker.

Staff Policies:

• Staff will wear gloves as well as a face coverings/masks over the mouth and nose at all times during appointments.  

• Extra time will be taken between appointments to ensure all touch surfaces will be cleaned sanitized.

• Staff will have temperature temperature  taken at the beginning and end of the day.
